What You Will Do:
Coordinate with Integrated Product Team Leads to meet task and technical requirements.
Coordinate and lead supplier resources to meet hardware delivery requirements and technical milestones.
Participate in validation activities, including engine build and test, throughout the validation phase of the program.
Operate across a wide range of disciplines and management levels with both internal and external customers to ensure task requirements are met
Utilize Agile methodology and Jira and Confluence to manage and present status and technical content to internal and external customers.
Plan and manage budget and schedule in accordance with program negotiated deliverables.
Qualifications:
You Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering with 5+ years of engineering experience OR
Masters Degree with 3+ years of experience

Qualifications:
We Prefer
Prior Project Engineering experience or equivalent
Prior demonstrated successful experience utilizing Agile methodology
Previous gas turbine compressor experience
Trained CAM & Proficiency with Teamcenter, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet or other scheduling software and SAP
The ability to craft clear communication and build positive relationships
Demonstrated ability to organize and execute several components of complex tasks What We Offer

Compression Systems Engineering is responsible for the design, development, and in service support of all fans low-pressure and high-pressure compressors for commercial and military engine models. CSE is responsible for the identification and maturation of new technologies for these products. Technical disciplines in CSE include Project Engineering, Mechanical Design, Structural Analysis, and Product Definition.
