Key Responsibilities: Issue binding credit opinions at origination covering credit risk, profitability, and regulatory capital treatment; participate in weekly pre-screen processes with origination and distribution teams Own and actively manage the booked portfolio; track KPIs including commitments, RWA, NBI, and ECL; carry an NBI budget based on portfolio carry Execute ongoing credit work across the portfolio including amendments, waivers, annual and quarterly reviews, and limit and usage monitoring; participate actively in annual risk committee cycles where limits and guidelines are set Coordinate distribution and risk mitigation strategies including secondary sales, participations, credit insurance, and SRT solutions; engage directly with regulators on portfolio-related matters Attend industry meetings and engage with institutional clients on portfolio management matters alongside coverage teams; prepare diligence requests and lender questions Develop and monitor early warning indicators; contribute to enhanced collateral reporting and aggregation across the middle market loan book

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
