Hello EveryoneWe're looking for a Workplace Experience Site Lead who will be the senior face of the WE team in our client's SF office. This role manages all of the SF office operations, vendor relationships, and guest services. This individual will be a champion and evangelist of client's new way of working, and will assist in creating and implementing programs that are inclusive and accessible to our agile workforce. The Workplace Experience team is at the forefront of the work evolution, and we are looking for a hard-working and ambitious thought leader that will help create the workplace of the future.Job Title: Workplace Experience Site LeadWork Location: San Francisco (225 Bush St, 17th Floor, San Francisco, CA 94104)Pay Range: $35-40/hr on W2Duration: 3 months with extreme high possibility of conversionKey qualifications for the role include:Office Operations & Guest Services: Manage day-to-day office operations, reception, and visitor experience for the San Francisco office, serving as the first point of contact for guests.Facilities & Project Management: Partner with the Sr. Workplace Manager on facility and asset maintenance programs, and provide project management support for capital projects, construction, and office moves.Workplace Programs: Support the execution of workplace programs including food & beverage, health & safety, sustainability, employee wellness, and engagement initiatives.Events Management: Plan and execute in-office and virtual events, including marquee events such as the Holiday Party, Board Meetings, and Summer Party; assist other offices with event planning as needed.Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Manage vendor relationships, contracts, payments, and renewals with a focus on service quality and cost efficiency; collaborate with senior stakeholders including C-Suite, Security, and Finance leaders.Candidate Requirements: 5+ years in Facilities Management or Workplace Experience/Operations, with experience in office construction management, strong project/change management skills, people management capabilities, and excellent communication at all levels.
