About the Role:
The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Properties and Facilities to provide strategic and operational leadership for its properties, facilities, maintenance, security, and related functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for executive oversight of assigned departments, ensuring that the company's properties, infrastructure, and security are effectively managed and aligned with strategic priorities. This role involves long-range property and capital planning, budget oversight, and coordination across various departments. The Executive Director will also serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and represent the company in interactions with various agencies and partners. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 7 years' leadership experience in facilities management, property management, capital planning, or related functions. The role requires a strong background in executive leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making, as well as the ability to lead and develop multidisciplinary teams. Experience in security program oversight, and knowledge of applicable requirements related to facilities, construction, and security are essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex budgets, overseeing significant projects, and fostering collaboration across organizational functions.
