About the role

Blue Origin LLC is seeking a Senior Human Factors Engineer to lead the development and maintenance of enterprise-level human factors standards and guidelines across programs. You will train teams and support ACE activities with HF requirements, usability, workload analysis, and HITL testing. The role requires translating HF findings into actionable engineering guidance, performing anthropometric analyses, and collaborating with systems engineers to embed human-centered design across projects.
