Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site Executive Assistant role based in the Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area. The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and preparing meeting agendas and materials. Daily responsibilities include organizing and prioritizing communications, handling expense reports and reimbursements, maintaining accurate records and files, and supporting the execution of key projects and initiatives. The role also involves liaising with internal and external stakeholders, preparing correspondence and presentations, and ensuring that the executive’s time is used efficiently. The Executive Assistant will help maintain smooth office operations and may assist with occasional event coordination and special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
Candidates should possess strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills, including calendar management and meeting coordination. Candidates should possess skills in handling Expense Reports and related administrative financial processes. Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with internal and external stakeholders. Candidates should possess solid Administrative Assistance skills, including document preparation, records management, and workflow organization. Relevant qualifications include strong organizational and time management abilities, attention to detail, discretion in handling confidential information, and proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., email, calendars, spreadsheets, and presentation software).Prior experience supporting executives or senior leaders in a fast-paced environment is highly beneficial; a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, communications, or a related field is preferred.
