About the role

Pilgrim’s is seeking a Director of Quality Assurance for Feed Mills to lead animal food safety, regulatory compliance, and third-party certifications across multiple facilities. The role requires on-site presence near Pilgrim’s complexes and travel up to 30 weeks per year. You will develop and maintain animal food safety programs, conduct on-site audits, and support regulatory updates while guiding a team in quality practices and process improvements.
