You'll define technical roadmaps, track milestones, and provide actionable insights to drive successful project execution. Key Responsibilities Oversee IT projects/task orders, including modernization, cloud strategy, cybersecurity, and infrastructure. Develop and maintain technical roadmaps for portfolio alignment with organizational objectives. Collaborate with teams to document and track milestones, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Engage stakeholders with detailed progress reports, presentations, and regular status meetings. Recommend and implement process improvements for portfolio management efficiency. Maintain an up-to-date project portfolio dashboard in ServiceNow and generate performance reports. Key Requirements Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. At least 5 years of experience managing IT portfolios/programs in a federal environment. Project Management Professional (PMP) and ITIL Project Management (PM) certification or equivalent.
