Job Description: Job Description We are seeking Lightning Protection installers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing lightning protection systems which involves both grounding and working on roofs. This role requires attention to detail, safety consciousness and the ability to work as part of a team. Prior experience working in the construction industry must be good with heights. DUTIES install lightning protection systems on commercial, industrial standards and safety regulationsinspect existing lightning protection systems for damage or wear and perform necessary repairs or upgrades collaborate with project managers customers and team members maintain detail notes and records installation and inspection follow all safety protocols during installation assist in preparing for project by reviewing blueprints, packing material and load onto trucks Must have a license, ability to pass drug screening and be willing to travel during the week Experience Prior experience in construction is preferred Familiarity with OSHA regulation is preferred OSHA-10 or OSHA-30 (construction) is desirable Knowledge of lightning protection standards and codes is a plus but not required; training will be provided Ability to read technical diagrams and blueprints Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and problem-solving skills Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions as required Ability to lift/carry material PAY: $17.00-$23.00 per hour.
