About the role

What you'll be doing: Collaborate with Sales Managers to develop and execute strategic growth plans for the Facility Supplies business within the assigned market. Serve as the subject matter expert for Jan/San, Breakroom, Safety, and Facility Solutions offerings. Conduct joint sales calls with manufacturer representatives to uncover opportunities. Prepare and execute customer presentations, facility assessments, and product demonstrations to help identify solutions to client need. Participate in account reviews and customer planning sessions to uncover expansion opportunities and deliver additional value to existing customers. Build relationships with key decisionmakers, including operations, procurement, facilities, environmental services, and executive leadership teams. Provide consultative recommendations that improve operational efficiency, safety, cleanliness, and total cost management for customers. Partner with cross-functional teams to support customer implementation, issue resolution, and ongoing account growth. Provide market feedback and category expertise to support product assortment decisions, training initiatives, and program development. Consistently achieve and exceed revenue, gross margin, retention, and penetration objectives across the Facility Solutions portfolio. This position requires living within the state of Ohio. You will work remotely; however, you will be expected to make customer visits as needed within the region. The salary range represents the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting. The specific base pay may be influenced by a variety of factors to include the candidate's experience, skill set, education, geography, business considerations, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for bonuses, or other forms of variable compensation.
