Warehouse Administrator
Pay: $22-$23
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 1st Shift We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to support daily warehouse operations and inventory management. This role is responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and delivering materials while ensuring accurate inventory records and timely part availability for production.
Responsibilities: Transfer materials and parts to manufacturing lines and departments accurately and on schedule. Receive, inspect, store, and organize incoming inventory in designated warehouse locations. Process inventory transactions and maintain accurate inventory records. Conduct cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies. Monitor inventory reports and take corrective action as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Support efficient material flow and overall operational goals.
Qualifications: Previous warehouse, inventory control, or manufacturing experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic computer proficiency and experience with inventory systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely while following company safety procedures.
