What We're Looking For: 1–3+ years of hands-on title experience Experience conducting title searches and reviewing the complete chain of title Ability to identify liens, ownership changes, encumbrances and other title issues Experience preparing title and closing documents Strong attention to detail and follow-through Self-motivated, resourceful and eager to learn Strong work ethic, integrity and professional judgment High School Diploma/GEDWhat You'll DoConduct thorough title searches and research the complete chain of title Identify and resolve liens, ownership changes and other title issues Review deeds and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness Prepare resale and closing documents, including CPR letters, settlement agreements, deeds and notary instructions Verify proper notarization and legal/closing requirements Review and pay applicable HOA fees and loans prior to closing Process check requests and wire transfers Maintain accurate transaction records in Voice and Salesforce Finalize memberships and loans and resolve discrepancies as needed The Right Fit This is not an administrative position. We're looking for someone who understands how to conduct a thorough title search — beyond simply locating a developer deed — and can recognize when additional research is needed.
