Role Description:
This is a full-time remote Receptionist role. The Receptionist will manage incoming phone calls, route inquiries to appropriate team members, and provide courteous, professional responses to customers and partners. Day-to-day tasks include handling email and message intake, scheduling and confirming appointments, updating basic records, and supporting the coordination of service visits. The role also involves performing general clerical duties such as data entry, document organization, and maintaining digital files. The Receptionist will collaborate closely with technicians, dispatch, and administrative staff to ensure clear communication and a smooth customer experience.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and customer service skills to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and team members. Proficiency in phone etiquette and core receptionist duties, including answering, directing, and logging calls. Solid clerical skills, such as data entry, document handling, and basic office software usage (e.g., email, calendars).Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple tasks. Attention to detail, reliability, and a focus on delivering a positive, solutions-oriented customer experience. Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer support role preferred. Familiarity with service-based or HVAC/refrigeration businesses is a plus but not required.
