About the role

Townsley Portraits is a small, family-run portrait studio in Las Vegas (under 20 employees) looking for experienced phone sales closers. This is not a call center--you'll work closely with a tight-knit team, converting warm, high-intent leads into booked portrait sessions and collecting deposits. Operating our flagship Las Vegas studio since 2015, our master portrait artists bring more than two decades of dedicated expertise to every session. Why You'll Love This Role Remote, part-time hours Hourly pay starting at $15 + bonuses for appointments and performance Weekly bonuses & commission--top performers earn $25+/hr or more Warm leads only--no cold calling
What We're Looking For: 2+ years of phone sales experience with quotas Skilled at building quick emotional connections and closing deals Confident with objection handling and creating urgency ethically Organized, coachable, and team-oriented Fluent in Spanish & English
What You'll Do: Make outbound calls to warm leads generated from Facebook and Instagram Book qualified clients into our studio collecting a deposit Hit weekly and monthly sales targets Track activity and results in our CRM This role is for you if you are an experienced closer who can turn warm leads into booked portrait sessions. This is not customer service or appointment setting without accountability --you'll take pride in your results and guide clients toward a timeless, high-end experience.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
