The 2027 Ulta Beauty Internship is astructured 10-week program designed to develop future talent and provide interns witha uniqueand impactful development experience. This program istailored forrisingcollege Juniors and Seniors, offering Corporate, Field, and Distribution Centerinternshiptracks. The internship will be hybrid for Corporateinterns and in-person for Distribution Centerand Fieldinterns. Interns will gain hands‑on experience in UltaBeauty’soperations while contributing to business needs, engaging in meaningful projects, and broadening their professional development. Theinternshipprogram provides real‑world experience directly related tothe academic discipline and career goals, offeringa better understanding of career options. Hands‑on experience working as a member of a specific department and team. Assigned projects to accelerate learning of key functions and processes. Comprehensive overview of the company structure and strategy. Tailored professional development sessions and valuable networking opportunities. Capstone presentation to leadership, showing project outcomes and recommendations.
TEAM OVERVIEW: The Internal Audit function is responsible for delivering the annual internal audit plan, promoting effective internal controls and risk management, and providing guidance to the business on all aspects of governance, risk management and business process improvements.
INTERNSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES: As an intern, you will contribute to achieving the following goals: Executing Sarbanes‑Oxley testing; document work papers and conclusions supported by evidence Executing audit procedures to test compliance with policies and procedures and provide support for audit conclusions Participate in special projects as needed
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Individuals pursuing a degree in Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field Proficiency with the Microsoft Suite of products Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills and ability to articulate messaging to diverse audiences Desire to work in a transforming environment
REQUIREMENTS: Must be local to the Chicagoland area. Must be a rising Junior or Senior enrolled in an accredited undergraduate university in the summer of 2027. Previous work experience and active involvement with on-campus organizations or activities. Strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and sense of urgency. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
