We're Hiring: Psychiatric Research Site Manager Are you a proven clinical research leader ready to make an impact in cutting-edge neuroscience and psychedelic research? Segal Trials is seeking an experienced Psychiatric Research Site Manager to lead operations across our West Broward research sites. This is a unique opportunity to combine operational leadership with hands-on study management while helping shape the future of innovative psychiatric research programs. In this role, you will:🔹 Lead daily site operations and develop high-performing teams🔹 Drive participant recruitment, enrollment, and retention🔹 Ensure GCP, FDA, and protocol compliance🔹 Partner with sponsors, CROs, and cross-functional teams🔹 Manage study timelines, KPIs, and operational performance🔹 Improve workflows and scale site operations for future growth We're looking for someone with:✔️ 5+ years of clinical research experience✔️ 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience✔️ Strong knowledge of GCP and FDA regulations✔️ CNS/neuroscience experience required✔️ CCRC or CCRP certification preferred If you're a collaborative, data-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about advancing psychiatric research, we'd love to hear from you.
