About the role

Revolut is seeking a Senior Regulatory Compliance Manager to lead and safeguard our global employee and talent regulatory frameworks. You will own executive governance, leadership accountability, and complex remuneration structures, guiding the second line and ensuring regulatory alignment as we grow internationally.
