About the role

Graphic DesignerNoble Care Marketing is seeking a full-time graphic designer to join our growing team. This role will support our creative team in the conception, ideation, and creation of graphic assets across a variety of channels for over 50 large healthcare clients. You will report to our Creative Director and produce an assortment of designs that will be mainly used across business development, social media, advertisements, and promotions. The ideal candidate should have the ability to elevate pictures, themes, and ideas into masterfully stunning designs. This role is an in-person role with the potential for hybrid flexibility.Responsibilities:Create visually appealing designs for various media, including marketing collateral, presentations, social media graphics, apparel, brochures, and flyersCommunicate with project managers to understand project objectives, requirements, and brand guidelinesProduce high-quality graphics that align with project goals and enhance user experienceConduct audits across various technologies and marketing programsAssist our Chief Marketing Officer or Creative Director with any corporate initiativesAct as a lead point of contact for cross-functional teams and platforms to drive planning and completionStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure high-quality designOwn the design process from start to finish, while establishing a consistent and polished visual identityEffectively organize projects and communicate project updates with claritySupport partners and programs by tracking projects and milestonesSchedule key program and project-related meetingsWork with staff to maintain project deliverables and schedules using project management toolsManage multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlinesFill in where & when necessary to accomplish stated responsibilitiesDesired Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in graphic design, user experience, visual arts, or related fieldProven experience as a graphic designer with a high-quality portfolioProficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or another professional design softwareExperience using Asana or other project management softwareExcellent problem-solving skills and creativityUnderstanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniquesAble to ask questions and articulate design concepts to project leadsExperience using Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and other mainstream social media platformsTeam Player with excellent verbal and written communication skillsOrganized and meticulous attention to detailWillingness to adapt and learn new skills as requiredExperience juggling multiple projects simultaneouslyAble to handle responsibilities with limited supervisionPassionate about design and the future of the industryConfidence to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environmentAvailable to work 40 hours per weekCompensation:The salary range is $55,000 - $75,000 with fringe benefits and high-growth potential in the company.
