About the role
- Assist the Northern Territory Manager in establishing and growing sales of specific beverages in greater King County; selling off a truck "driver-sell" style.
- Desire to gain hands-on sales experience and embrace an opportunity to grow in the company.
- Plan your next day of sales for adequate inventory on-hand and sales support material.
- Driving vehicle to retail locations to service and maintain in line with company standards for customer service
- Professionally represent the company while soliciting sales and delivering products from your vehicle
- Foster good relationships with your customers as you build rapport with them
- Work your delivery of beverage products, including cases and kegs of beer into customer coolers, storage rooms, and backstock areas.
- Merchandise your stores as needed, sometimes as a non-delivery call back.
- Diligently manage your outgoing inventory balance responsibly
- Seek additional retailers to grow your route and sales
- Work Monday Friday at early starting time
- Maintain a clean and neat/organized vehicle and equipment
- Maintain company's impeccable image through actions and appearance, quality and service

- Compensation$57,386/yr base
- Pay for Performance
- Sales experience preferred but not required
- Must have a valid Washington State drivers license
- Beverage industry experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to, occasionally, lift a minimum of 21lbs and a maximum of 160lbs required
- Basic computer knowledge is helpful, familiarity with phone mapping apps (i.e. Google Maps)
