Overview In this role you will lead a unified, cross-channel content strategy to boost brand awareness, market positioning, and revenue growth across Quad’s portfolio. You will align content across owned channels—site, social, events, thought leadership—delivering consistent storytelling and measurable impact. You’ll partner with marketing, sales, and product teams to drive audience engagement and pipeline, while elevating editorial quality and exploring AI-enabled, scalable workflows. This position offers strategic influence across enterprise priorities and GTM initiatives. Compensation / Benefitsmedical, prescription, dental and vision insurance 401(k) retirement savingspaid time offholidaysadditional benefits Responsibilities Define and execute a comprehensive enterprise content strategy aligned with business priorities, brand and product positioning Unify content across channels (site, social, events, thought leadership) for consistent messaging and audience experience Create content narrative frameworks that articulate product value and differentiation Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product leadership to support awareness, consideration, and conversion goals Lead integrated campaigns connecting brand storytelling with demand generation Oversee and evolve the editorial function with strategic direction and quality focus Implement a content performance framework with KPIs and optimization processes Identify gaps in content and channel strategies to improve cohesion and impact Champion audience-first content tailored to key customer segments Foster cross-functional partnerships to scale content across the organization Identify and apply AI and emerging technologies to enhance content strategy, workflows, personalization, scalability Key requirements 12+ years in content strategy, marketing, or related disciplines; B2B experience preferred Experience leading cross-channel content strategies in complex, matrixed organizations Proven track record of turning content into a strategic business driver Strong ability to translate business strategy into clear narratives and content frameworks Experience aligning content with full-funnel marketing objectives (awareness to conversion)Deep understanding of digital, social, and integrated marketing channels Experience leading and scaling high-performing content or editorial teams Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management Analytical mindset with data-driven optimization Excellent communication and executive presentation skills Ability to operate at strategic and executional levels Knowledge of latest SEO trends and best practices Familiarity with AI-driven content tools and marketing technologies for content effectiveness, efficiency, and scale Understanding of AI’s role in content generation, targeting, personalization, and performance optimization Strategic storytelling Cross-functional leadership Executive communicationSEO trends and best practicesAI-driven content tools and marketing technologies Data-driven content optimization
