This position organizes and schedules appointments, handles correspondence, prepares reports, and maintains filing systems. The admin provides support to management and staff, including coordinating meetings, managing databases, and assisting with project work as needed. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, proficiency in office software, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and time management.Responsibilities include administering all testing for local applicants and coordinating badging and vetting, assisting with recruiting, hiring, and training of local employees, maintaining employee schedules, managing daily timekeeping entries, payroll processing, and assisting with payroll-related issues, handling HR-related issues, communicating with corporate teams, and managing employee files. The admin also handles reports or information requested by station management, works on client-specific supply orders, reporting, and compliance, maintains strong working relationships with airline partners, demonstrates regular, predictable attendance at the job location, utilizes programs such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, exemplifies PrimeFlight customer service and safety standards, and performs any additional duties as assigned by management.Qualifications include being 18 years of age or older, eligible to work in the United States, having a valid state-issued driver's license with an acceptable driving record, communicating effectively in English, including reading, writing, and speaking, having 1 year of experience in an office or administrative position, knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, ability to access and interpret information in print and electronically, effectively communicating with colleagues and clients, passing a background check and drug screen, eligibility to acquire needed credentials and clearances, including FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs, and U.S. Postal, as applicable, and being flexible to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.Physical activity/working conditions may include ability to lift up to 25 pounds, position is generally sedentary, sitting for long periods of time, ability to hear and respond to the spoken voice and to audible alarms, tasks may involve repetitive motions of the arms, wrists, hands, and/or fingers, and specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.The pay rate listed on this post is what the company reasonably expects to pay for this position.
