About the role
To support the successful launch and commercialization of COMP360 and future therapies, the full-time Senior Manager, Sales Training will design and execute comprehensive Sales Training strategies, develop training content, and collaborate with various stakeholders in a hybrid work environment based in New York City or remotely on the East Coast.
Key responsibilities
Develop and execute Sales Training strategies for pre-launch, launch, and post-launch phases targeting Sales and commercial personnel
Design and deliver launch training programs, including onboarding curricula and ongoing reinforcement plans
Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure training content is accurate, compliant, and aligned with regulatory guidelines
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Education, or a related field
2-3+ years of experience in Sales Training within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
Demonstrated experience in leading launch training for specialty or complex therapies
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical commercial models, including sales and market access roles
Experience with interventional or specialty psychiatry products is a significant plus
