What You’ll Do: As the Front Desk Manager, you’ll be the face of our park and play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations.

Your responsibilities will include: Leading and supervising front desk staff to deliver outstanding customer service. Managing the check-in process and ensuring guests are welcomed warmly. Handling customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally and efficiently. Overseeing scheduling, training, and performance of front desk team members. Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area. Assisting with administrative tasks, including cash handling and reporting.

What We’re Looking For: To succeed in this role, you’ll need: At least 1-3 years of experience in a supervisory or customer service role. Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire and guide your team. A friendly, approachable demeanor with a focus on creating positive guest experiences. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. The ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
