What You’ll Do: Act as a primary liaison between customers and sales managers, facilitating smooth sales activities. Provide essential product information, pricing details, and lead times to support customer inquiries. Accurately process customer orders, quotes, sample requests, and price approvals in a timely manner. Coordinate closely with manufacturing facilities to monitor order status, delivery schedules, and inventory availability. Prepare and meticulously maintain sales-related documentation, including reports, RFQs, purchase orders, sales orders, and customer records within a CRM tool. Respond to customer inquiries regarding product specifications, certifications, and compliance standards. Assist with customer onboarding processes and data entry into relevant systems.
What You’ll Bring: Must-Have Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in sales support or customer service. Strong understanding of sales processes and documentation within a technical product environment. Experience processing and/or preparing sales quotes. Experience with CRM programs. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (primarily Outlook & Excel). The ability to set clear, measurable goals and create a plan to achieve them.
Nice-to-Have: Qualifications: Experience within the electronic components or connectors industry. Previous experience in roles such as Sales Assistant, Business Development Representative, Sales Account Coordinator, Sales Operations Coordinator, Inside Sales Support, Sales Order Administrator, or similar.
