Responsibilities: Welcoming visitors and serving as first point of contact for employees and guests Answering, directing, and fielding phone calls Setting up meetings, managing conference rooms, and ordering catering Liaising with vendors and building management Managing mail shipments and deliveries Keeping the office and kitchen organized, restocking supplies as needed Working with IT to set up office equipment Assisting team members with events and recruitment needs Providing ad-hoc support with administrative tasks and projects This firm takes pride in its collaborative team environment and inclusive culture.
