This position will manage an assigned group of customer accounts with a focus on strengthening relationships, increasing customer engagement, identifying additional sales opportunities, and supporting overall account growth. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a high-volume inside sales environment, building relationships over the phone, managing multiple priorities, and using CRM tools to maintain accurate account information. Key Responsibilities:Manage and develop a designated portfolio of business accounts while maintaining consistent customer engagement. Identify opportunities to introduce customers to additional products, services, and solutions. Work collaboratively with field sales representatives and internal departments to expand existing accounts. Maintain accurate records of customer conversations, sales activity, opportunities, and follow-up within the CRM system. Review account information and activity to identify opportunities for increased engagement and sales growth. Respond to customer questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Coordinate with operations, customer service, sales, and finance teams to help resolve customer issues. Assist with quotes, order follow-up, account updates, and other administrative sales activities as needed. Maintain a consistent contact strategy based on account needs, customer activity, and sales potential. Manage a high volume of customer interactions while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
