Job TitleRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).27 years of experience in management consulting or financial services consulting.Strong understanding of banking products and processes across Wealth, Retail, Corporate, or Investment Banking.Proven success in delivering consulting engagements and managing stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to present insights clearly.Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum certification is a plus).Excellent communication, organization, and multi-tasking capabilities.Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in fast-paced environments.Willingness to travel as needed.
