Stay current on cocktail and beverage trends and contribute new ideas to enhance the bar program. Support the leadership team with operational planning, reporting, and special events as needed.
Qualifications: 3–5 years of experience in bar or beverage management, preferably within a luxury hotel, restaurant, or high-end hospitality environment. Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, beverage trends, and mixology. Proven ability to lead, train, and develop high-performing teams. Understanding of inventory management, purchasing, beverage cost control, and sales performance. Creative, organized, proactive, and highly detail-oriented. Exceptional communication, leadership, and guest-service skills. Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced, and demanding environment. This is an opportunity for a creative hospitality professional and hands-on leader to help shape an exceptional beverage program within a world-class luxury environment. If you love a challenge, embrace innovation, and excel when the expectations are high, we'd love to meet you.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
