POSITION SUMMARYThe Sales Coordinator will be responsible for following up on leads who engage in JAGER PRO INC products and convert them into customers. Duties will include reaching out to current and potential clients to increase sales, calling cold leads and qualifying. To be successful in this role, you will need to understand the sales process. OBJECTIVESMake 75 outbound calls daily to generate new leads, ensuring 5 hours of talk time-per day to maintain high engagement and lead generation volume Manage prospects using the company CRM(s) (Hub Spot) and conduct daily reviews of leads and lead sources to maintain accuracy Ask qualifying questions to assess the customer’s goal and concerns. Document all customer conversations in CRM (Hub Spot) in a clear and concise manner, ensuring information is accessible to Team Members. Ensure compliance with Sales Policies and maintain up-to-date records of all customer interactions Work events to drive customer engagement, attention, and maximal sales engagement with attendeesCOMPETENCIESStrong ability to talk through common concerns and questions about JAGER PRO INC products. Be able to reassure a customer, if it is something we see and serve on a regular basis Demonstrates a great attitude, takes massive action, and is organized and disciplined in following the sales process Ability to leverage CRM(s) (Hub Spot) and be accurate in taking notes on customers Ability to meet sales targets for specific offers or deals that take priority during the sales cycle (i.e. Black Friday Deals, quarterly and monthly targets)Comfortable with consistent follow-up and an ability to be creative when re-engaging customers (i.e. video messages, gifts, etc.)Knowledgeable of the Product and Pricing Guide and can stay up to date with any changesEDUCATION & EXPERIENCEAt least 3 years of work experience in a sales-specific role Sales in Agricultural/Rural AreasGED or high school diploma requiredPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSProlonged periods of sitting at a desk Ability to travel locally or regionally to attend client events, conferences, and meetings as required Ability to stand for extended periods and interact with event participants Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends based on event scheduling needs
