Body Shop Technician Wilson Ford Lincoln is seeking a skilled and dedicated Body Shop Technician to join our team in Saginaw, MI. In this role, you will be responsible for restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition by performing high-quality repair work in our state-of-the-art body shop. Responsibilities:
Inspect and assess vehicle body damage to determine necessary repairs. Perform structural and cosmetic repairs including panel replacement, dent removal, and frame straightening. Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer specifications and quality standards. Collaborate with service advisors and insurance adjusters to accurately estimate repair scope and costs. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety procedures and environmental regulations. Use specialized tools and equipment to complete repairs efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Body Shop Technician or in automotive collision repair. Strong knowledge of vehicle body repair techniques and materials. Ability to read and interpret repair manuals, diagrams, and specifications. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills. Capability to work well independently and as part of a team. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
