Blink UX, a product design firm, seeks a Principal Design Program Manager to own how design work is requested, planned, tracked, reviewed, and delivered across web and app. You will partner with Design, Product, Engineering, Research, and Marketing to steer high-visibility programs and build scalable processes. You will lead Operations & Systems, program ownership, and AI-enabled workflows, while coaching teams and ensuring timely delivery with measurable outcomes.
