We’re looking for energetic, motivated individuals to join our growing team as an Entry Level Sales Representative in our Maryland office. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for candidates who are interested in building hands-on experience in sales, customer relations, and business development while working in a supportive, team-oriented environment. You’ll work directly with customers and client partners, develop foundational sales skills, and gain experience supporting customer acquisition and business growth. Whether you’re a recent graduate, making a career change, or looking for an opportunity to develop your professional skills, this role offers hands-on training and room to grow. This is a fully onsite position. We are currently seeking local candidates who are available to start ASAP.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong customer relationships through professional, friendly, and confident communication
- Participate in team meetings, sales training, and collaborative planning sessions
- Learn about client products and services and communicate information accurately to customers
- Assist with sales presentations, customer onboarding, and business outreach
- Support promotional events, customer engagement activities, and brand awareness initiatives
- Track progress toward individual and team goals
- Work alongside experienced team members to develop sales and leadership skills
