The role leads domestic and global clubs, affinity groups, and family engagement staff to advance RISD's engagement goals. The ideal candidate has experience managing multiple full-time employees, a demonstrated commitment to inclusive community building, and readiness to travel internationally several times per year to connect RISD's networks worldwide.
