About the role
Job Description:
A Retail Associate is responsible for assisting customers as they shop within a store. Their duties include greeting customers, answering questions related to the merchandise and store policies and locating items for customers.
Retail Associate Responsibilities and Duties include:
Welcome and engage with customers as they enter the store Assessing customer needs and suggesting solutions Working with cash registers and process payments Fulfill curbside orders Setting and attaining sales goals Giving customers advice about sales and promotions Cleaning and restocking the store throughout the day Basic understanding of e-commerce process Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Needed to Perform Essential Functions of the Job: Comprehensive understanding of the store’s products Customer service skills Basic math skills Ability to use a cash register Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge or understanding of working with Square POS System
Physical Requirements:
Standing and walking for long periods of time Lifting and moving up to 50 pounds occasionally Pet-Supps is an online marketplace for Pet Supplements and Grooming Care Products.
