QA Technician The QA Technician is responsible for inspecting, testing and evaluating watches and completing repairs to ensure they meet quality standards and
Duties And Responsibilities:
Performs visual inspections of watches and other product types to assess cosmetic appearance and functionality.
Identifies imperfections and accurately documents findings.
Tests watch functions and records results.
Works with Quality Management on inspection standards and changes to processes.
Performs minor adjustments to products as needed.
Ensures all completed work meets established quality standards and
a clean and efficient work area, as well as contributes to the overall cleanliness of the department.
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
A high school diploma and a minimum of three years' experience as a Watch Technician or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to work under pressure in a busy & fast paced environment.
Ability to maintain a quick and efficient workflow, while meeting quality standards.
Basic computer knowledge for reporting, tracking repairs, and managing daily tasks.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Willingness to learn.
