As an operator, you will learn to operate various hydraulic presses to manufacture a variety of precision molded and extruded silicone parts. First shift: 6:00am-2:30pm, Second shift: 2:00pm-10:30pm OR Third Shift: 10:00pm-6:30am
Essential Functions: Operates press to manufacture molded and extruded silicone parts. Removes and visually inspects all finished parts for conformance with required Lean Enterprise methods to reduce waste and complexity in all processes.
Minimum Job Qualifications: High School Diploma, or equivalent. All positions start at $20-$22/hour. Shift differentials added for second and third shift positions!
