We're partnering with a rapidly growing managed services organization that supports some of the nation's leading law firms and professional services organizations. We are seeking a Billing Manager to lead a team of 10-12 billing professionals, oversee legal billing operations, and drive process improvements within a fast-paced environment supporting a national law firm.
What You'll Do:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 11 billing professionals
- Oversee legal billing, invoice processing, verification, and payment activities
- Manage eBilling workflows and ensure compliance with client billing guidelines
- Perform account reconciliations, reporting, and data analysis
- Develop and improve billing policies, procedures, and operational efficiencies
- Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes
Requirements:
- 5+ years of legal billing management experience
- Experience managing billing teams
- Strong eBilling background
- Hands on experience with Aderant and/or Elite 3EExperience working within a law firm environment
- Knowledge of legal billing platforms
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Experience supporting large or national law firms
- Consulting or outsourcing industry experience
