Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site role based in Germantown, MD, for a Customer Service Specialist. The individual in this role will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. Core responsibilities include providing support services, handling phone communications with professionalism, managing customer satisfaction initiatives, and delivering solutions to improve overall service quality. The Customer Service Specialist will serve as a compassionate and efficient point of contact for clients and their families, upholding the organization's mission and values during every interaction.
Qualifications: Strong foundation in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Experience Skilled in maintaining a high level of Customer Satisfaction and implementing customer-centered solutions Proficient Phone Etiquette and professional communication skills Ability to work effectively on-site and interact with diverse populations in a patient and empathetic manner Prior experience in healthcare or non-profit sectors is a plus Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or training in customer service are an advantage
