Flexport.org seeks a Global Aid Account Manager to own a portfolio of complex nonprofit partner accounts across ocean, air, trucking, and customs. You’ll lead end-to-end engagements, from RFPs to contract renewals, and act as a strategic partner to mission-driven organizations. You’ll work with Operations, Pricing, Legal, and Trade Lane teams, drive program growth and retention, and mentor junior teammates while leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and impact.
