About the role
Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in the Professional Services department. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in managing end-to-end project management activities, including vendor selection, procurement, budgeting, scheduling, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation. The candidate should also have strong negotiation skills and be able to coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders.Responsibilities:Initiate and manage procurement processes to select vendorsCoordinate across teams on project reporting, prioritization, resource allocation, and visibilityEstimate project budget and validate utilization against resources engagedForecast project budget based on resource utilizationCoordinate and engage with different stakeholders, including business users and vendors, from feasibility study, implementation, and benefit realizationInitiate, liaise and negotiate with users to reach consensus on the requirements, delivery schedule, and resource commitmentSet up infrastructures and milestonesIdentify issues/risks proactively with mitigation plans to avoid impacts and escalationsEscalate issues and impacts to the appropriate stakeholdersPlan and execute user acceptance test followed by signing offPlan and execute production deployment followed by sign-offEnsure proper transitioning services implementedProduce quality project deliverables such as project charter, implementation plan, etcUpdate all stakeholders with the latest status and issues/risksEnable IT supportProject closure sign-offRequirements:Minimum 10 years of experience in Project ManagementExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong negotiation skills with business, InfoSec, and IT teamsProven track record of delivering complex IT projects on time and within budgetFamiliarity with project management tools and methodologiesExperience with vendor selection and managementKnowledge of IT infrastructure and operationsStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesIf you are a proactive, results-driven Project Manager with a passion for delivering high-quality projects, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
