About the role
Position Summary:
The Manager, Capacity & Supply Chain Analytics is responsible for leading enterprise capacity planning, forecasting, integrated business planning, and supply chain analytics processes to support manufacturing operations, customer commitments, and financial performance. This role serves as the strategic link between Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Manufacturing teams to ensure demand, capacity, inventory, and production plans are aligned across the organization.
This position leads the development of forecasting models, capacity planning tools, business intelligence solutions, and executive reporting that provide visibility into operational constraints, growth opportunities, and business risks. The role is responsible for establishing scalable planning processes, driving data-driven decision making, and ensuring leadership has timely insights to support strategic and operational decisions.
The ideal candidate combines strong supply chain and manufacturing expertise with advanced analytical capabilities, business intelligence experience, and demonstrated success leading Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes. This position requires a strategic thinker who can translate complex operational data into actionable recommendations that improve service, throughput, and profitability
