About the role
Regional Sales Manager - Fuel Additive and Lubricants Industry - Eastern United States Growing chemical additives company is looking for a results driven Regional Sales Manager for the Eastern region. This is a leadership position. This individual will be responsible for successfully managing a team of sales professionals while driving growth in the assigned area. This is a home-office based position. The selected candidate will be offered a lucrative compensation package to include a strong base salary, bonus, and a full benefits package. Company assets will be provided, including work laptop, cell phone, and vehicle. Candidates must currently live in the assigned region. No relocation. Position Skills Experienced in technical sales in chemicals, preferably lubricants, and / or fuel additives Demonstrated experience mentoring and managing a team of sales professionals Experience utilizing sales tools to forecast and track goals Ability to develop and implement sales strategies and goals
Position Requirements:
Bachelors’ degree in Chemistry, Business, Marketing or related 5+ years’ experience in technical sales, preferably more than 10 Must exemplify leadership and professionalism in selling and convey a strong sense of urgency towards achieving regional and team sales goals Experience selling lubricants and fuel additives or other specialty chemicals Candidate must currently live in and be able to travel within the assigned region – Eastern U.S.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills and negotiating skills
