About the role

Xpanner is seeking a Geospatial Team Lead to drive operational excellence, develop team members, and align resources for nationwide field execution. You will oversee installations, calibrations, and troubleshooting while serving as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues. Lead a 4–6 person Geospatial team, coach engineers, and coordinate with Sales, Project Management, and Product Support to ensure customer success and scalable growth.
