About the role
Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, the full-time remote Risk and Compliance Associate will review operational practices, create and enforce procedures, and conduct regulatory audits while collaborating with various departments.
Key responsibilities
Partner with departments to assess and enhance current compliance levels
Provide training on regulatory compliance to team members
Conduct regular audits and assist regulatory authorities with site visits and external audits
Required qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
1+ year experience in health plan compliance
2+ years experience with State DOI health insurance rules and regulations
2+ years experience managing high volume and complicated projects
