About the role
Opportunity to join large national health system Medical Director role in Fort Wayne, IN Monday through Friday schedule Remote 4 days a week; onsite 1 day a week Can be based anywhere within 3 hours of Fort Wayne 120 beds with average census of 70 16 patients a day average Primarily inpatient may include occasional IOP coverage FMD 30 hours a month during normal work hours 8a-5p Prefer candidates with IN license/DEA but open Must be comfortable with Adult and Adolescent Located within 3 hours driving distance of Fort Wayne, IN Enjoy full benefits including 4 weeks PTO + 7 holidays Comp includes: Base Salary, productivity/Quality bonus Plus additional stipends for medical director component
