You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance. Qualifications: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred. Compensation: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
