Job Description:
We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Fry Cook / Kitchen Utility to support daily kitchen and bar prep operations. This role is hands-on and varied, ideal for someone who takes pride in cleanliness, consistency, and teamwork. This is a full-time, non-tipped hourly position with stable hours.
Responsibilities:
Kitchen & Food Fry and plate tapas and small plates to spec Maintain fryer quality, oil rotation, and station cleanliness Follow food safety and sanitation standards Bar Prep Prepare fresh juices (pineapple, citrus, ginger, etc.)Batch house syrups according to recipes Label, date, and store all prep properly Cleaning & Organization Maintain a clean, organized kitchen Wash dishes as needed Clean prep areas and equipment Clean restrooms during shifts as needed Complete opening and closing cleaning duties Inventory Support Track prep levels and low stock items Assist with inventory counts and organization
Qualifications:
Kitchen or prep experience preferred (not required for the right candidate)Strong cleanliness and food safety awareness Reliable, punctual, and organized Able to multitask and work independently Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting moderate weight Comfortable working in an LGBTQ+ inclusive environment Able to Open and Close. The bar closes latest 12:30AM.Must be able to understand and communicate in English.
