About Akris Akris is an international fashion house founded in 1922 and based in St. Gallen, Switzerland. Creative Director Albert Kriemler designs fashion-forward womenswear and signature accessories. Akris presents ready-to-wear runway shows twice a year in Paris and is known for its double-face fabrics, innovative embroidery, and digital photo-printing techniques. The company has been owned and run by the founding family for three generations and operates boutiques in major cities around the world. Both the Akris main collection and its sportier sister line, Akris punto, are available in over 500 points of distribution worldwide.
About the Role: Akris is looking for a full-time intern who is eager to learn and interested in a hands-on fashion environment. The intern will assist during one of the most important events of the year—Market Week—and will support the Marketing, Sales, and Visual teams. This internship is unpaid; however, a OMNY will be provided for transportation, and lunch will be provided daily. Letters of recommendation may also be provided upon successful completion of the internship.

Requirements: Week 1 – Punto Market• Saturday, Oct 17th: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (set-up)• Monday, Oct 19th – Friday, Oct 23rd: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PMWeek 2 – Akris Market• Saturday, Nov 7th: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (set-up)• Sunday, Nov 8th - Friday, Nov 13th: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PMPreferred that the intern is available for all dates, but some flexibility may be possible.
