Title: Key Holder Sales Associate, full-time

Madison Avenue, New York City, NYSkills requirements and responsibilities: Min 2+ years of previous clothes fashion retail sales experience, merchandising, and stock activities, possess basic computer skills to operate our retail POS system, Word, Excel, e-mail. Must be a sales-driven, goal-oriented individual with a positive, high-energy, friendly, outgoing, and engaging personality, must be a relationship builder, and demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be a quick thinker who listens to the customer and can identify his/her needs, able to create elevated levels of sales and provide exceptional client service by maintaining a positive service-focused attitude, able to develop personal sales techniques, maintaining solid product knowledge, able to organize, delegate, prioritize assignments, and meet deadlines. Able to assist in conflict resolution, resolve all client problems and complaints quickly and effectively (dissatisfied customers, returns, defective merchandise) able to monitor all sale details to ensure customer satisfaction. Able to ensure that company/store policies and procedures are communicated in a timely manner and adhered to accordingly, able to achieve "clienteling" and data capture goals. Able to ensure at all times image and grooming standards are reflective of the brand image, able to guarantee the selling floor is neat, organized, stocked, and reflects the correct visual image, identifying and process damaged and defective goods in a timely and accurate manner. Able to assist the management team during the training of "store staff" in all areas, assisting store managers in planning and organizing store meetings and store events. Must Be a positive role model by sharing knowledge and expertise with other members of the team, able to maintain colleagues' attitude and morale, able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently, be respectful of company strategies, address concerns with colleagues as needed and follow-up with managers, update store management team about the progress of the store and staff on a regular basis, help to make effective "merchandising style decisions" and communicate inventory needs. Able to efficiently run a store and manage the "sales floor", responsible for possessing the keys, performing opening and closing procedures, execute cashier responsibilities such as returns and exchanges, to ensure that all sales-related policies and procedures are maintained, cash handling, able to assist in all areas of stock, processing shipment, receipt, transfer, inventory, and related paperwork, all in a timely manner, able to maintain store security, protect company assets by following all loss. Able to work on a "flexible schedule" to work the weekends, able to stand frequently, walk for extended periods of time, bend, kneel, or pick up boxes at floor level, able to comfortably lift and carry a minimum of 35 pounds without assistance around sales floor, stock room and office, able to regularly use ladders or stair, able to perform easy store maintenance as vacuuming, empty the garbage, dusting, ordering supplies.
Compensation:
