About the role

SMBC seeks a seasoned VP of Quality Engineering to lead the Fixed Income middle/back office testing function in Charlotte, NC. You will define and govern testing strategy across settlements, reconciliations, regulatory reporting, and risk, while driving automation and governance. The role requires deep Fixed Income product knowledge, hands-on Python, and experience scaling QE in a regulated environment. Hybrid work and leadership are core expectations.
